Order Dispatch

Once you have placed your online order with thecricketauthority.com, we will endeavour to ensure your items are despatched within 3-10 working days. In some cases, however, it may take up to 28 days for certain goods to be sent, some items are dispatched direct from our suppliers and we therefore advise customers allow up to 28 days for the full dispatch of their order - please call our customer services team on +44 (0)1624 640006 if you would like more information on delivery times.

Please note that customers ordering personalised shirts should allow 10-14 working days for despatch of their goods and during busy periods such as christmas you should allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Shipping Costs

UK flag For deliveries to the UK, we charge £3.50, but orders of more than £50 are delivered for free.

Europe All European deliveries are charged at £4.25 for the first item and £3.50 for each additional item.

Rest of the World Deliveries to the rest of the world are £4.75 for the first and £4.00 for each additional item.

Please note: Certain heavier and bulkier items (Wisden Almanacks, framed prints and cricket bats) incur extra delivery charges. We'll contact you if there is an additional delivery charge on your order, so please make sure you fill in your contact details.

All purchases through thecricketauthority.com (except personalised shirts - see below) are covered by a no-quibble 14 day money-back guarantee. All returns should be sent to:

Please Note: We have a specific policy with regard to personalised shirts. thecricketauthority.com cannot accept exchanges or refunds in circumstances where the customer has selected to have their own name and number printed and this has been actioned correctly by thecricketauthority.com.
